HEARIT.IO Return and Claim Conditions
Return conditions:
The customer has the right to return devices purchased from the online store of Heartit Ltd. within 14 days from the date of delivery without owing compensation or penalty.
The devices must be returned in the original retail packaging, undamaged and unused.
The transportation costs for returning the devices are entirely at the customer's expense.
The customer sends an email to info@hearit.io describing the type, number of devices they wish to return, and the order or invoice number under which the payment was made.
Hearit Ltd. confirms the return request within 3 business days, indicating the address for returning the devices.
After receiving the returned goods and provided that all requirements have been met, Heartit Ltd. sends the customer a cancellation invoice by email and refunds the amount to a card or bank account, depending on the method of payment made by the customer, within 5 working days.
Complaints:
The products offered by Heartit Ltd. have a 24-month warranty.
The customer sends an email to info@hearit.io describing the problem with the purchased product, attaching the order number or invoice under which it was paid. In his complaint, the customer also indicates the address to which he wants the replaced product to be sent.
Within 3 working days, Heartit Ltd. confirms the filed complaint.
Within 30 working days, Heartit Ltd. will send a new, similar product to the address provided by the customer. Transportation costs are at the expense of Heartit Ltd.
After receiving the replaced product, the customer is obliged to return the defective product to Heartit Ltd. at 51 William Gladstone Str., 1st floor, apt. 1, Sofia, PO Box 1000 within 3 working days. Transportation costs are at the expense of Heartit Ltd.
